The writer needs a math lesson. The child was 9 years old in 2010 when the crime occurred. She is now 21 not 16 as the article stated.
Some might be impressed by the level of forgiveness Ariana displayed to the man who killed her mother. We certainly must respect her right to do so. Yet, I wonder whether she is a 21 year old college student who is influenced by the woke culture that has enveloped this nation and is particularly virulent on college campuses today. There is very little room on college campuses for the outrage at the blatant increase in violent crimes plaguing the country which has steadily encroached on the lives of college students. The steady drumbeat of racism allegation by the media combined with the blind demands for justice, diversity and tolerance for violence in those causes since George Floyd died has made a significant number of people , particulary under 30 numb and dismissive of the effects on the quality of life for law abiding citizens.
It may not have been an error by the writer in claiming Ariana is 16 years old to avoid speculation on the points
I raised. The media is that deplorable and despicable and biased against people who are doing the right things.

I think I came face to face with this P.O.S. on the night he committed that murder. And it wasn't just him but him and another thug that may have committed this crime, not just one person. I went to the Spanish Moon that night for 80s Night, It was a Thursday Night, and I had to park down the street from the Spanish Moon because it was packed that night. So after parking my 1998 Mark 8 Lincoln (which was a bad arse car back in the day), I exited the coupe and these two thugs just looking at me and I looked right back at them without turning away. I just happen to be wearing sunglasses at night since it was 80s night. I remember thinking, I am about to get robbed or killed, but I played it cool in my Miami Vice looking outfit and sunglasses and I think my look sort of intimidated these would be thugs because after about 10 seconds we sort of went our own ways but couldn't help but think they walked up on me until they saw how crazy I looked when I exited the car wearing my Miami Vice outfit, plus I had drank Absolute Vodka that night and had some liquid courage to go with it. Later that night, I left when everyone else left, so would have been difficult to rob a mob of people all leaving the club at same time. But I remember one of those guys looked like him because I remember the face and light colored eyes, and I think he and another guy were scoping out potential victims like me parking near the Spanish Moon to rob that night. Next couple days I see this story in news about this murder just down the street from Spanish Moon and I cannot help but wonder if this were the same thug or thugs that killed this lady and almost killed her daughter.

It sounds like you met face to face with that piece shite murderer. Jackson is a brutal killer and showed no mercy towards Alexandra Engler and her little girl in Beauregard Town back in 2010. May that fricking evil monster, Aramis Jackson burn in hell for eternity for what he did.
