I bet they are all non violent drug offenses.

The offense where TRudy WHite sentenced him to 3 good deeds was for having a weapon in a school zone. I am pretty sure

Someone needs to slip something in his food or something. This pathetic waste of space is going to sit in jail while the taxpayers pay to feed & house him... He also gets free health care.

He should be put in solitary confinement, get one meal a day and get 1 hr a week of sunlight.

The victim of attempted murder did. The victim of murder could not request anything.

What's really sad is that the State will end up spending more money to keep him alive in Angola than anywhere close to what he stole from the victim's home. He fired 9+ times into the backs of a defenseless woman & child for a street value of under $1000 according to most accounts.

It is probably better to have this sentence over a death penalty where he can appeal it every 5 seconds dragging the family through this again.

But since the victim requested the sentence, I'm good with it.

Laws are made to protect society, not individuals.

The sentence should have reflected what is best for society.

I just listened to the 911 calls from the little girl. First of all, that is fricking heartbreaking.

But why does every 911 operator sound like such a fricking idiot on these calls? He's like "You got shooot??" Asking her telephone number and all of that when she's bawling crying on the phone telling him that she was shot and someone killed her mom. Then he's basically reading her instructions of what to do with her wounds at a hundred miles per hour and isn't very clear. Like my blood is boiling with how little he seems to give a frick about this girl. The 911 operators are basically yelling at this girl and mad at her for bothering them. What the frick.

I was wondering how long it would be before this one came back up. I’m too lazy to use the search function because I’m German.
