No wrong answer here, but give me the beach.

Funny thing is men seem to prefer the mountains & women undoubtedly prefer the beach. When our kids were growing up, I lost this one 17 years straight. I learned to like the beach.

Went to Estes park last year and it was pretty damn crowded. RMNP was high traffic and people everywhere. We had a great time, don’t get me wrong. It was a mission of mine to show my kids real mountains at a young age. I didn’t get to see real mountains myself until I was old enough to go on my own.
I love the mountains and it has a special place in my heart. But, to me, there’s just nothing more relaxing than sitting and the beach, drinking beer and listening to good music.

Beach, mountains are boring AF for the most part and cold. Cold sucks
Almost everyone I know that doesn’t like the beach…almost always a fatty. Fatty guys tend to like the cold too

Mountains. I honestly don’t know how this is a question. I can be away from everyone and enjoy more activities than I can at the beach.

I love both. But if forced to choose, I'd take a nice beach like Destin over the mountains. I do love the Smokies and Colorado. I really need to get to some other places like Wyoming & Montana.

Mountains but still want a lake

I like the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area because it’s not all about the beach. Gulf State Park is amazing, with over a hundred miles of trails and boardwalks to enjoy through the marshy areas. It’s easily accessible for a long weekend from Louisiana. The local bars and restaurants are fun and safe.
There’s a little something for everyone, without the need to go onto the beach every day.

I hate the beach as well. Only redeeming quality is tits, and usually it's a bunch of beached whales anyways. So give me a nice skiing trip in the mountains where the beached whales have no interest in something physically taxing.

Nothing better than looking out over the Gulf and seeing nothing but blue green water and fluffy white clouds
Non desert mountains are a nice second

Islands with nice beaches and mountains to hike.
Go to the Virgin Islands and have both

Fatties typically don’t handle elevation that well. I’ve never seen the typical pre-diabetic baw on many mountain trails. You can’t avoid them on any gulf coast beach

Same, no wrong answer, but rather the Mountains.

Mountains with snow… next

Beach, don't like the cold. Don't like steep elevations. I feel I'm different but love flat and hot.

I live in mobile and hardly ever go to the beach except when I take the boat out and hit the island.
The beaches have basically turned into little Mexico around here with all the Texans, complete tourist trap.
We vacation every year to north GA or NC . We do plan to take a trip to ft Pickens later this year though. Not near the crowd as the public beach .

Married into a family with a beach condo on 30A. Owning the place you stay in changes everything with the beach. Used to hate the beach, how I'm begging the wife to go once a month.
