I get bored easier in the mountains though I do enjoy it.
I don't seem to get bored at the beach as easily.

Feel like mountains give you more options on stuff to do. And different scenery.

We had a beach condo for a while and you're right. Sand in EVERYTHING, sunburns, and corroded beach chairs.
People sit and stare at the water like old people zoned out, watching the weather channel that never changes.
At least with the mountains there's elevation, greenery, color, animals and never ending trails.

I’ve always been a beach guy but for the first time I got to see real mountains during the summer.

Mountain Lake my preference. Hard to beat a high elevation lake in the summer.

I like them both but if we’re talking Florida beaches it’s April and October
Florida beach in early October is incredible. The weather is nice during the day and no one is there.

Most men say mountains, most women say beach. We go to the beach every damn year.

When I want to relax the beach. When I want adventure and to be inspired, the mountains.

Beach if there is snorkeling/shore diving. Mountains if not.

Depends on the time of year. Tend to lean beach in spring and fall and mountains in summer and winter.

I'd go mountain lake, way more to do at your doorstep. Something on Lake Keowee would suit me just fine.

Just got back from Blue Ridge, GA...mountains all day for me.

Mountains.
The beach sucks.
People that like the beach suck

I don't think either is better, they're different but I don't think one is inherently better than the other.

Mountains, especially if we are talking about as a place to live.
We go to the beach more often due to proximity, and my wife and kids like it, but once every 5 years would be fine for me.
