Cost about 60k a year for an inmate so this piece of fricking garbage is going to drain society somewhere around 1.8 million without inflation.

I’m going old school legit medieval type torture.
A day at a time for each to keep him alive for a while.
Just enough for the next day at 6am another day of awfulness and a absolutely misery
