Me and my wife nervously passing a bottle of wine back and forth (we finished it) to each in other in silence while watching people walk up to the house in an upstairs room before the wedding is my favorite memory of our wedding.

We had a catholic wedding with just our parents then a big fake ceremony with 300+ and then the reception.

I was pretty nervous on the real one. The second one, we killed a few cases of beer in the grooms room and busted out some Jack that I bought all my groomsmen. I was pretty toasted.

My wife and my FIL took a shot of tequila before walking down the aisle on the big one.

I knew I was marrying the right one so I wasn't very nervous at all.

More antsy than nervous. When you know it’s the one what is there to be nervous about

Honestly, it was a blur. I was more concerned about the reception and everyone else having a good time. It was a blast. I did feel a huge weight off my shoulders when it was all over.

I wasn't all that worried about the actual wedding or getting married.

Not at all. I worked all day, showered, put on a tux and drove to the church. Nothing to it

Was more nervous the priest would smell the alcohol coming through my pores from the night before.

I wasn't that nervous because I was confident in my decision. That was over 32 years ago. I picked a good one.

Your wife is a saint. One of the nicest, classiest ladies I have ever met. No wonder you weren't nervous.

Wasn’t too bad. I was more worried about my groomsmen falling down or puking than my role in the deal. But they did fine. Good times.

First wedding I threw up in the shower because my nerves were bad.

Second wedding was a walk in the park. Spent the afternoon coaching my son's baseball team, then hit the hotel pool where some of my relatives were staying for the wedding.

Worst I’ve ever seen was one of my best friends from school. He was rock solid and joking around until about 15 minutes before the ceremony. Then he turned as white as the shirt he was wearing and started rolling sweat. Had to sit.
