Not at work, I only tuck in long sleeve button ups. Short sleeve button ups and polos that are the right length I don't tuck.

If I'm at work, I tuck in my shirt no matter what

It seems to be a generational thing. Over 40 = tucked, under 40 = untucked. Though if it's an actual dress shirt, and not just a standard button down, it's always tucked. Someone mentioned if it has a tail, it gets tucked. Which seems about right.
