It's a good thing Broome is focusing her time on overturning the will of the people of St. George. It would be a shame for her to try to improve Baton Rouge.

The first shooting incident occurred around 12:40 pm Saturday. Police were called to the 5200 block of Enterprise St. after a 38-year-old man was located, deceased, with gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as Bobby Holiday of Mohican St. in Baton Rouge. Police say there are no motives and no suspects at this time.
In the 2nd incident, which appears unrelated and occurred a few hours later, Baton Rouge Police were called to the 1500 block of Curtis St. around 4:15 pm. Investigators located a gunshot victim who was deceased. Detectives identified the deceased as Donald Joseph, 38, of Baton Rouge. There are also no motives and no suspects in this incident.
The 3rd incident occurred later Saturday night around 8:50 pm. Baton Rouge Police were called to the 6300 block of Cyras Ave to investigate another deceased male who had been shot. Police identified that victim as George Pikes, 25 of Baton Rouge. Again, investigators have no motives and no suspects from this shooting.
The 4th fatal shooting of the weekend took place in the 6200 block of Blueberry St. in Baton Rouge around 11:20 pm Sunday. Investigators say that the body of Steven Dixon II of 6065 Blueberry St, was found lying in the street, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Police stated that there are no motives and no suspects for this incident either.
What is the over/under for unsolved murders in BR? Idk where to begin handicapping that.

It’s standard to not release any information on motives or suspects at the beginning unless there’s an arrest immediately.

It's culcha. Let it go.

It’s a pretty damn high number. That’s part of why Gillis, Derrick Todd Lee, and others were able to operate concurrently and not get noticed.
