Yep, Brad was a really good dude. He took some friends and I under his wing when we were teenagers. I'll say one thing, the guy loved lights. I remember he was told at one point to take it easy with all the LED lights he had put in his patrol car.

Kansas City has had some pretty bad race issues the last 5-6 years or so.
There's definitely a lot of racial tension up there.
Seems like as others have said he was pissed that things didn't blow up last week like BLM had hoped for, damn those Turks for taking the spotlight too and the day of Rage fizzled properly.
