Oh please, Iberville's swat team is extremely good at what they do and when we were 12 we lit them up repeatedly in paintball training sims in the old abandoned school.

Play competitive speedball for a while and you'll be amazed how much better you can handle a real weapon while moving and from behind cover.

There actually used to be a documentary on paintball following a group of kids who had never played speedball through their practices on up to open amateur events. What was interesting is that these kids effectively discovered military tacrics and doctrine purely through repeatedly failing against each other.
