So what are the areas that aren’t worth of the 500 warhead scenario but then get absolutely glassed in a 2000 warhead scenario.

I'd imagine we have nukes in those locations that are out in the middle of nowhere, but still make the list.
Or some kind of military stockpiles, research facilities, etc.

I can't protect you. I know where all the nukes are, and I know the codes. You would be amazed, a lot of shopping malls. Do NOT repeat that.
