Yeah, water was already close to the dunes at my family's place in Ft Morgan yesterday. Probably only needed another foot or two of surge to reach them. Aunt drove home last night so not sure what it's looking like today.

That guide was exaggerating a little. I know some folks with a place there, and there's no way they could afford a $2 million vacation home.

yep, it has a name but, i forgot what the guy said. apparently farrah fawcett had a place there at one time.
