Bad Bunny should have brought in Drake for their song
I wonder how the OT would respond to a drake HT show

Why would you feel the need to lie?

I was probably the only person in America who watched Archie Bunker last night instead of the Super Bowl. He comes on every Sunday for 4 shows and I never miss it. Archie is the man!

Last I heard, we hate Canada.

The embarrassing part from the left is all the idiots on Reddit professing how profound and amazing the performance was, despite understanding none of it. Even native Spanish speakers on Reddit said they have no idea what he said.
Call a spade a spade here. I have absolutely zero problem with Bad Bunny having been the show, and I watched it and enjoyed. It is without a doubt embarrassing and cringe to take to the internet to gush about how moving, amazing, and powerful his performance was.
Anyway, my biggest gripe with the performance is that they teased Gasolina by Daddy Yankee and then neither actually performed the song, nor brought out my boy Yankee at all.

There actually is a vibrant right wing music scene across several genres but it's the extreme kind of politics and I suppose the worry is that pattern will repeat.
Everything is pop now. Even country. I think many people are defensive because they continue to lose something they see as part of their culture
What's silly about it all is that there are millions of old and new songs readily available, and with YouTube you can find little known artist to fill your taste no matter the genre.
I can't name hardly any new songs on the Billboard for the past 4 or 5 years because I just don't listen to it. I stick to my old school playlists
Brantly Gilbert being at the TPUSA event is cringe AF. Can't stand that dude or genre

“Why couldn’t they have real music like guns and roses or Motley Crue!”’

A Canadian AND a Puerto Rican? The OT couldn’t handle it.

Regarding the SB itself I don’t care for either team. I did root for Shaheed and Milton Williams (La Tech DT) to have a good game. MW even got a sack. I’m a Saints fan and liked Shaheed.

He got me with Ricky Martin. I was waiting for Livin' la Vida Loca or She Bangs

I was 12 in 1992 and thought ILC was hilarious. I can't remember for sure but I probably watched ILC

Great maybe you can be the first to tell us what this “message” was. No one seems to be able to.

It doesn't help that musicians are more easily called out individually, responses demanded from individual people, etc. So even if the right builds up a base of non-woke musicians who aren't overtly pro-conservative, they're still going to face a very hostile media demanding their takes constantly (see Jelly Roll or someone like that).
Yep. Both Taylor Swift and Sydney Sweeney come to mind.
Both refuse to talk politics (Taylor did a long time ago, but hasn't in years), and the left is absolutely eating them alive currently.

It was never going to be something like when In Living Color (Fox) took 20% of Super Bowl audience for its halftime show in 1992 and had people physically switching channels (no internet streaming).
The internet now exists and I'm sure a lot of people were like me and just pulled up TPUSA show on phones while leaving Bad Bunny on TV.

Along time ago as in 2024?

The allure was simply a music alternative. In that, it succeeded.

It had way more than that, this is a bad thread.

People keep saying this but the poliboard types would have another meltdown once they heard Kirk and Lars' political views. You're not gonna find an act who's inoffensive to both sides. Some people just like being offended.
