Utah was an exceptional agent. He went above and beyond to stop the ex-presidents’ reign of terror over the city of LA.
After his partner, Angelo Pappas’, untimely death; Utah had no choice but to track down Bodhi and deliver him to justice... his form of poetic justice. A good death, and retribution for the Bodhisattva as well as Utah. Not bad for the former Buckeye.

I guess this is just another example of the decline of America. I have known some FBI agents over the years and back in the day, they were some of the most professional people you would ever want to meet. I know one who is currently in and he, again, is top shelf.
The standards our country now has are embarrassing.
