Article first says it fell out of his pocket and went off but then says it went off as he went to pick it up. From the video you can tell it's when he went to grab it. Keep that finger off the trigger pal!

It didn't fire when it was dropped and hit the ground. It fired when the dumbass FBI agent went to pick it up and accidentally grabbed it by the trigger.
