Bachelor Party Locations

Searched didn’t find anything.
What are some good places for a bachelor party? All I can think of is Vegas but for some reason that just screams bad idea to me. I considered Cabo but it’ll be in Feb and the weather is in the high 70’s there then. All the guys going will be in their late 20’s early 30’s. We all still like to drink and have a good time but none of us are into the club scene. Anyone know of any hidden gems?
For those listing places can you include things to do there as well?
