We were going to go to Austin next month for ours but we just decided to go to Destin instead. Very frustrating but we are just trying to make the most out of a stupidly unnecessary situation.

You'll get a few "Key West is for homo" jokes, but Key West is fun as shite in all honesty. The buffet vibe of pissing life away with a rum runner on the beach and literally giving no fricks really hits you when you go there.

As for as the gay thing goes, I live in Nola. I didn’t really notice any more gays there than downtown Nola. Only noticeable thing was the crosswalks
Was looking forward to going again, but oh well. We will make the best of the houseboat

Honestly the bachelor party was always planned for Denver, but with Covid we have really turned lemons into lemonade. I think the back up plan is better than the original. Going camping, rafting, fishing, and being out in the wilderness out of our minds in more ways than one is way better than bar hopping. Destin actually seems like it would be more fun than Austin in general so long as you can do it right.

You can still go places. Airbnb’s are the same. You can go to restaurants. Don’t think “because of covid” that you can’t do shite. It’s a total bs media lie they’re brainwashing the public with.
