I will never understand why this woman is famous & given a platform to spew BS.

The ongoing battle against social pressure as a tool to enforce norms. The "everyone is a winner and entitled" crap that came out of the 60s.

I have no issue with the idea that everyone can be a winner in their own way, but let's stop celebrating weaklings

That is really sad. I wear a 00 and have a 24" waist. But I am an A cup, so don't get excited.

Vanity sizing extends to men, too. I’m positive these guys are wearing 36 pants & haven’t really measured their waists lately.

Is the belly button height the correct area to measure the waist?

I know I'm about 3 inches thicker there than what my pants size indicates

A 38 inch waist for a Male isn't your pant size a 38 inch waist is about a size 34-35. Unless that is you wear your pants really high.

Well, then the article is spot on. I can put on the absolute smallest size they make, and I'm swimming in them. Granted, I don't particularly like their clothing anyway, but it infuriates me that vanity sizing has made it to where I literally have 2 stores I currently fit for pants.

I haven't walked into an Old Navy since middle school
