I've worked with Hispanics for 15 years, even at age 23, there were no Hispanics I worked with that had a wife under 160lbs..fricking gross.

We have a culture problem when it comes to our eating habits. My grandpa use to say "I don't eat because I am hungry, I eat to keep from getting hungry". If you look at it that way, when you eat, you are not going to eat as much.
Also, we are taught to finish our plate and that's exactly what most people do. If you are full then don't continue eating.
And people are not eating the right types of food. If anything, increase the amount of veggies you eat and try to cut back on eating food with a lot of preservatives.
There are so many workout programs, weight loss programs, etc that you have to pay for that all promises you an easy way to lose weight or get healthy, but it shouldn't be that complex. Burn off the calories.

This is what happens when for 50 years the government preaches that eating a way that is probably the worst way to eat is the best way to stay healthy. How many people ate "heart healthy" foods all the way to an early heart attack and/or diabetes.
Yes blacks skew the data considerably but its maddening what percentage of women are updateable because of how overweight they are.

Is it, or is it because we shove so much of the crap in our mouths. This is coming from a old fat boy (6'1" 235. 56 years old), but I ain't trying to blame anyone else for it. I need to back away from the food quicker and more often.
