It may be true, but doctors hired by an attorney will generally find the result the attorney wants them to find.

This literally has no bearing on people’s opinions of this case. The cop was wrong, regardless if he killed Floyd or not.

However, this would have massive implications on a trial and what can be charged

Think rioters will use this as a reason to loot and burn more stuff down?

I'm sure the 4 or 5 people on the planet who were clinging to the "he probably would have died without the knee to the neck" narrative will change their stance now.

Let's see where the two coroners went to school, their GPA, and the color of their skin.

That's Benjamin crump. He is a bold face liar. He does nothing but lie and pay fake witnesses. How can that be surprising.

He's quoting a medical doctor.

I'm sure she'll have some objections if he's putting her professional credibility on the line.

ETA: Her direct quote is in the article as well.

Interesting that this family autopsy is different than the original one.

Well the medical examiner said..

Floyd's cause of death to be the "combined effects of Mr. Floyd's being restrained by police, underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system."

So one autopsy said there was no indication of any asphyxiation. Yet another said it was definitely due to asphyxiation.

I know which one I believe, based off of the video that I watched. But for a juror, who has to be completely non-biased, how do they know which one to believe.

I'm not sure the jury will ever here about that report, maybe in a civil trial.

Doesn't the state have to use the state's medical examiner at trial? I know the defense can use their own witness, but I'm sure he will agree with the original autopsy.

Serious question.

Is this the one performed by Michael Baden? Your link does not specify.

Next thing you’ll tell me is the study sanctioned by RJ Reynolds established no connection between lung cancer and smoking.

Anyone with that stance... anyone who thinks the cop didn't play the majority of the role in Floyd's death... is an idiot.
