There's a big different between "thinking" he was Muslim and "hoping" he was Muslim, my man. From the nature of things, I just assumed he was a middle aged guy with strong anti-government opinions on either the left or right side.

That seems like an exceptionally risky (and inefficient) way to blow things up via the shipping of packages. I mean.....have you ever spent any time in a FedEX or UPS sorting facility watching them load packages onto trucks? I fully expect every package I ever drop off to be involved in a game of "cardboard box kickball" at some point during its journey.
Surely this guy used something else...?

You should have heard them on ABC this morning stressing the fact it was a WHITE male. If he would have been of middle eastern descent, they would have been begging folks not to jump to conclusions.
Everyone knew it was going to be a white male already...blacks don't do things like this, and a muslim would have blown himself up with the first bomb, so there was only 1 logical conclusion.

Considering that post from his mom where he graduated HS with 30 college credits yet still wasn't sure what he was doing, maybe a mission trip.
I'm thinking this guy has likely had issues for years. Maybe they were mostly below the surface, but this is like the people that call a murder 'a nice guy getting his life together'. There's issues, you just don't want to admit it. Many times those issues arise from parenting.

I am a complete moderate and don't care for any news stations, but I do watch GMA or Today Show when I drink my coffee.
I was just saying that when a serial bomber who has killed multiple people is in a shootout and blows themselves up, I'd rather them lead with that instead of 20 minutes about strippers, porn stars, and playmates having sex with a cheesedick reality star turned politician.
I'm done derailing the thread. I'm very interested to learn more about this bomber and his motivations.
