25 minute video was left on his phone confessing to the whole thing and describing what was going on in his life to lead him to this. It doesn’t explain though why he picked his targets. He also explains how he made the bombs.

Agreed, unfortunately this will probably be educational to people who commit these acts in the future. Hopefully LOEs are leaving out important steps in their process of catching this idiot.
