Tarsha also purchased a home in 2010. In 2011, she filed for bankruptcy.
Makes one wonder how did she obtain a personal loan for payroll for EBRCOA employees?
No smart lending institution would loan money again to someone within 7 years to someone that has proven they are not responsible enough to handle their own finances.
Go check the secret sauce. There's new stuff
ETA: Also, it was a foreclosure, not Bankruptcy (as far as I can tell)

Looks like delaying the vote on the mills for 60 days was a shite plan by the black council members.
That was a happy result of them NOT KNOWING THE LAW yet again.
I feel like I'm detecting a pattern here....

Got dammit. For some reason, I can't comment on Gravy's FB posts or share anything on his page. I'd love to share this article and set the bait for his fatass.

No offense, but you clearly don't understand how that works.

My guess is that this is not the first little old lady they've stolen from. More to come but nothing will be done.

Did that Southern Law professor end up taking a leave of absence?

Do a small deposit guaranteed loan the second your bankruptcy goes through. Refinance it in 6-8 months for a larger amount. Do that a few times to reestablish credit, you can be back to full strength in under three years.

To paraphrase Groucho Marx, "They may look and sound like idiots but don't be fooled. They really are idiots."

So the election was "rigged"? Or maybe it should be stated that the private group broke public law in order to get taxpayers to fund their enterprise, and got the wherewithall to collect up to 8 million dollars in taxes each year.
