The EBRCOA posesses a charter to operate as such from the Louisiana GOVERNORS office....given all this crap has been revealed, WHY oh WHY, has their charter not been rescinded ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? WHEN will the governor finally step in ?????
One of the governor's "special assistants" knows both Grimace and her mother real well and is heavily involved in BR politics. He helped JBE get elected.
Hopefully this answers your question as to when JBE will step in, and your answer is likely never. Jesus, the answer is available by Google search and you still cannot figure it out?!

Looking at the FB page for the event center it looks like they do 1 event per month as something billed for the seniors... crawfish boil, lunch, brunch, shite like that.
So that $8300 per month is paying to lease the building for 1 event.

Isn't there some kind of national independent watchdog group that looks into these kind of tom foolery acts and sheds them in the national spot light?

Today, the facility sits behind a chain link fence. It has been rebranded by the COA as the Capital City Events Center, and the organization continues to lease the space and use it for occasional events and fundraisers, like a music festival it held last spring. Property owner Khahn Van Bui says the COA owes him money, though he declines to say how much.

Gravy's video on Friday night was just plain sad. You could see it in his eyes that he knew the Sterling news wasn't going anywhere and his opportunity to become national closed up.
Yeah, i have some of the biggest shite disturbers on twitter and not 1 gave a frick about Alton Sterling.
They have moved on to other shite, some the antifa shite, and backing them, and just other made up shite they are trying to extort cash from.

From the article
You can't even make some of this shite up, it is so ridiculous. The Nak Attack could make a career out of these people
quote:
The COA’s longtime executive director at the time, Sharon Lafleur, promised to make changes.
Just a few years later, however, Lafleur found herself embroiled in a high-profile scandal over the misappropriation of a $1.1 million charitable trust that had been established years earlier by her brother-in-law to benefit the COA. According to a 2001 report from the Louisiana Inspector General’s Office, Lafleur squandered most of the money from the trust buying and partially renovating the Rosewood Plantation in Ascension Parish, which she told the board she was converting into a retirement home for the elderly. Instead she used it as a personal residence

Trey Ourso wins AAPC’s 2015 Campaign Strategist of the Year & Ourso Beychok Takes home 5 awards
so they got JBE elected and the loyal West Pointer doesn't have COA investigated
quote:
Trey Ourso was recognized with the Excellence Award as the 2015 Campaign Strategist of the Year for his work with Gumbo PAC during the Louisiana governor’s race. Ourso founded Gumbo PAC and served as the PAC’s chief strategist. Gumbo PAC’s mission was to oppose the election of US Senator David Vitter as Governor of Louisiana. The PAC employed a clever mix of traditional media (television, direct mail & billboards) with cutting edge digital targeting and advertising.
quote:
Ourso Beychok also took home a Gold Pollie Award for the “Stench” talking mailer they produced for Gumbo PAC, a Silver Pollie in the Logo category for the Anybody But Vitter (ABV) Sticker and Gumbo PAC was awarded a Silver Pollie in the Best Use of Humor category for the “Getting” television commercial which employed a crying baby and declared that “electing David Vitter would be a crying shame for Louisiana.”
so they got JBE elected and the loyal West Pointer doesn't have COA investigated
