Maybe they'll have a third new mascot to claim. Is it Tigers, War Eagle, or Gatorfish?

Guess we will see the Eagle fly around the stadium with the hybrid catfish in it's talons. If it drops it on you you win a free hotdog and coke.

Supposedly these catfish can't reproduce. Just like those dinosaur weren't supposed to reproduce at the theme park in Cenral America. We all know how that turned out.

They need to mutate one that comes out like a boneless fish stick.

Seriously, thanks to my Catholic friends, I bet I ate a thousand tasty little breaded fish sticks on Fridays at lunch druign the 12 years when I was in public elementary school through high school.

Still do eat them, except they usually are in fish stick Tacos. Sometimes with english peas and mashed potatoes, or mac and cheese. IMO, they have helped turn me into the crabby old fart I am today.

For farm raised catfish it is. We deal with a lot of disease issues

“Using gene-editing technology and just a pinch of alligator DNA, scientists at Auburn have created a sterile, hybrid species of catfish they say is more resistant to infection“

The ponds catfish are raised in have beyond filthy stinking water. With a resistant hybrid fish they can let the water get even filthier before cleaning.

I heard if you look up "two guys one fish" it'll actually show the two guys who created it
