You don’t need to get all aggro bc you’re getting lapped in line by high IQ folks who prepare ahead of time. Sad to watch, really.

Why are you waiting in line and attempting to jump a line if you have a mobile order? I've never been to a chick fil a that didn't have a separate area for mobile orders. Maybe their annoyance with you is justified here?

True story.
My store just started the segregated mobile thru... My "order with human" line was a mile long, mobile thru was short.
I got the app, went back a week later, then mobile thru was a mile long and human ordering was short.
*sigh*
Good news is Chikalay can move a line quickly and efficiently so it really doesn't matter.
But now I get points, so there's that.

Unfortunately our CFA was built before the times of Mobile Thru so the pleb line and Mobile Thru line merge into one line. Folks in the slow line can’t help but get aggressive. Sad really.

does anyone else find CFA food underwhelming? The service is top notch and its not that the food is bad. I've just never though it lives up to the hype. Maybe I'm just not a chicken sandwich person.
