thinking about switching to att u verse tv. need suggestions yes or no?

they're both great. I would give U-verse the slight edge because you wont have to worry about your satellite losing signal. You should definitely get At&t for your internet service though.

I've had both. Uverse is the way to go. I liked directv but the customer service was nonexistent. The tech that came out to install our uverse actually gave us his work number to call him directly if we had problems. Plus, with the bundled internet, I have like 300 channels HBO, Showtime, and Starz for about $100 a month.

Whats peoples internet DL speeds who has UVerse in here? How reliable. I ask because I about to make the switch but Cox is about to double the speed.

can you still only watch 4 feeds at a time? if so thats ancient.

I hope you don't live in Lafayette. SEC Network on U-Verse still isn't working and they have no clue why or at least haven't given me a reason.

You must not know how directv works. Every time I have called them, they have had the best customer service. Always lowered my bill when I told them to and threw in multiple deals.

Called last week, they lowered my bill by $20 a month and gave me NFL Sunday Ticket for free (2nd time in 3 years). The key is to call them every couple of months and speak to the second customer service rep, usually a woman, then they hook it up.
