There is a lot more than just water temperature involved in tropical storm formation. It’s too early to draw any conclusions about this season, but right now it appears the overall weather pattern is not favorable and the southeast US is protected by high pressure.
Of course things will change. The heart of the season is approaching and I hope the pattern we see now hangs on.
But it only takes one storm to wreck lives in a particular area for a decade or so. The wish is this season we all escape hurricanes unharmed and left whole,
