Kick a cop in the head when they are handcuffed on the ground and you won't make it to the jail, they will murder you in the streets and this guy didn't even get fired. I don't know ANY job I have ever had or managed that a person would not be fired on the spot with video of them kicking someone in the head while at work surfacing.

Sounds a lot worse than it actually was when I watched the video. She looks to try to spit at him and he flicks her face with his foot. Not much of a kick. Still, you can’t just kick someone who is cuffed, face down on the ground.
If first issue, a couples weeks suspension without pay and move on.
ETA: watched it again and the kick has a little more force than I thought on first view.

If I acknowledge that due to the resolution of the video, there’s no way to tell that she did not spit, will you acknowledge that it also equally as impossible to tell whether or not she did spit?
All we are going on is the word of the cops.
Hence, my original point, matters of guilt and punishment should be reserved for courts of law.

You can't tell with the video from the news because they had to filter out her tit. But from the instagram unfiltered video I am 99% certain she spit.
