Atlanta cop caught, on video, kicking woman in head.

The video shows a woman on her stomach in handcuffs when a male officer then appears to kick her in the head.

Is it too hard, once the suspect is in custody, handcuffed and in the prone position, to back the hell up and let a court of law decide punishment?

That’s no exactly what I meant, jag off. I meant that once the suspect is in custody without posing an immediate threat, the punishment should be decided by a court of law rather than the street justice of kicking their head in.

Well she did spit on him. It looked like a knee jerk reaction and he caught himself mid kick ,and could have really hurt her if he wanted too. Nothing would be more satisfying than to see many of these fricking hoodlums get the shite kicked out of them especially when they spit on a police officer, but just can't do that in today's world.
