If a woman is stupid enough to hit a man she has to be aware of the potential of the man defending himself.

I’ve always lived by the notion that if I am bold enough to put my hands on someone, man or woman, that I’m opening myself up to get hit back. Period.

I would never hit a woman under any circumstances. If she hit or pepper sprayed me I would probably put her in a bear hug at most. As a man, being able to control my emotions and temper is important to me. I am not letting some stupid arse woman ruin my life by getting me arrested for domestic violence.

Ex. You cheated - She can get in 1 good slap and call me any dirty word in the book

Is she unarmed but promoting violence and coming after you for no reason? Continually toss aside when she comes at you to the ground like a child allowing her own momentum to be her undoing...she has obviously had a mental disconnect from reality but do not use strikes just allow her to use her own violent intent to teach her some humility till she loses interest. Be responsible and aim her into a cleared area away from furniture or collateral damage.

Is she MMA trained and legitimately scares you? Call cops, run, hide, you are in a horror movie

Beyond that, you have to protect yourself as best as possible. But don't go beyond protecting yourself. In your friend's situation. But if a chick gets out and punches you, in that situation, it's probably best to just go back to your truck/car, get in and lock the doors and wait for the police. Unless she is 6'5" 220 lbs... In that case, you punch the bitch.
