At what age did you admit you aren't what you used to be?

About to be 30.

Had the loading gate off of the trailer and needed to load a four wheeler.

Lifted the front end on no problem. Lifted the arse end and walked it onto the trailer, and now I'm walking like I'm 80.

This officially sucks balls.

Probably about 30. I'm 32 now. Getting older sucks now.

I'm 37 and still in great shape. Been working 50 hours a week of manual labor for the last 10 years.

At 40 I couldn't lift my truck tire up to the studs to do my own tire rotation and brake check. Had to have the kid next door come help...it was officially old man time.

definitely the early to mid 30's is the first true cut off on knowing shite doesn't work like it used to. i stand all day every day in my job... feet/cartilage hurts EVERY morning for a few minutes to walk on. i recently stumbled on glucosamine / chondroitin pills. totally made a difference in the morning. also, when the barber just goes to trimming your eye brows with a buzzer and a comb without asking you... that's a pretty solid sign.

It started hitting me this year (29). I got my butt back in the gym and when at work I try not to sit all the time. Stretching helps a lot.

Just turned 47 and I'm prob in the best shape I've been in 20 years. Divorce inspires a man! Still have a lot of aches and pains though

I played 2 games of basketball today and I'm typing this with ice on my shins.

So yeah, I'm right in the middle of admitting it.

I used to be one hell of a swimmer in my formative period. Then I was conceived.

I started getting injured playing sports at about 28-29. By the time 30 hit, I knew I wasn't the same anymore

You're in New Orleans? There is a place in BR that advertises that, ballpark how much is that staff, outside of the the dr. visit/co-pay?
