I'm 65. Rode 15 miles on the bicycle this morning. I figure that's not bad. I do, however, have to go to one knee to tie my shoes.

I played full court basketball three to four times a week till about 35 and then I had surgery on my left leg. I started cutting back to maybe once a week till 40 that's when it hit me. When I was 45 I got talked into joining a rec league I learned quick I was officially an old man....about to turn 50

I'm hoping this issue with my shins is temporary, but the 20 pounds I've added from sitting at a desk all day is telling me this is probably the new normal for me.

30 1/2 here.

cant say I've noticed a difference. know its just around the corner though.

as a side note, I'm about sick of people telling me that getting old sucks. I get it, my life quality is in decline, I don't need to be reminded every week. Nothing I can do about it anyway.

I'm 37 and can still do most of what I've always done, however it was around 36 when I finally admitted that I need to start taking it a bit slower. Just a bit though.

35.5. Noticing very unkind signs of aging, and I have almost no time left if I want to have a baby.

Maybe. I don't know. I've got a lot of horsepower left in the tank.
