It is also more accurate to say cardiac arrest since that is a state of being.

Based on the earlier stampede of the opening gates, the crowd was very mixed.
This is piss poor crowd control and the plan for controlling the crowd should have changed after people stormed the gates.

ETA - mb for Houston - and race doesn't really matter for hood rat status. There are plenty of trashy people in those videos, regardless of race.

Every teenager in Houston wanted to go to this concert. I know many kids that went to this. This is awful

You’re assuming that it’s all random. If that’s the case then all races should be represented in that video. I didn’t see any Asians or Indian people.
