This dude watched a F-4 tornado approach and demolish his house. The comments say that his wife and neighbor both died in the event. This dude is either absolutely stupid or has balls of steel. Honestly, I'd say it's both.

This thing was Huge! That town didnt stand a chance. Those people must have endured at least 5 mins of pure Hell inside that tornado with how wide it was.

Heartbreaking. It went for 100 miles, that’s shocking.

That’s from the Rochelle & Fairdale, Illinois EF-4 tornado in 2015. Just don’t want anyone to get confused and think that is the Rolling Fork tornado from Friday evening.

But yes, the guy recording survived but his wife was killed.

Yep seen that video years ago. From what I read, the dude was an old man (80 maybe) and didn't have the mobility to get out. At his age, his thought process was "you gotta go sometime."

I've dodged these things for years in Copiah County, Ms. It's time for a shelter.

It's hard for me to believe a wood safe room would survive an F5.

I personally would only use reinforced concrete or a pre-fabricated solid steel room.
