Assumptions Someone Would Make If Reading The OT For The First Time

Let's say someone who has never visited TD comes to the OT and read every post in every thread on the front page. And they used what they read to make general assumptions about how the world is.. What are some things they will assume?
Would they think that the coronavirus will end up killing us all?
They would likely try to stay as far away from Ville Platte as possible.
