Nope. I'm willing to bet some that are wearing the mask and gloves have contracted covid-19 and don't even know it.

I am noticing it more and more. Last week 1/3 of the people at the grocery store were wearing one. This week 2/3 or more. A lot more people are out now too. I wore one for the first time yesterday to go to the grocery. If the trade off for opening things up more will be wearing a mask for a while, I am ok with it.

I wear a mask at big stores. I am 65 and have diabetes, putting me in the "at risk" category. Since my wife is taking cancer treatments, I do almost all of the grocery shopping to keep her exposure chances down. We're just trying to get through this as safely as possible.

All in all I think this is the most massive overreaction I've ever witnessed.

I only wear one at the grocery store out of respect for older people.

I'll wear one tomorrow when I go to the doctor because they instructed me to. Other than that, I don't wear one.

I can honestly say I have not worn a mask once through the great hoax of 2020. But I will admit I wore gloves to appease coworkers.

I think another point people fail to realize is that it's not just protecting that person that's in the store next to you. That person may get sick and it's fine, but the next person they get close to could get sick from them, and they might be a nursing home employee or healthcare worker, or related to one who gets sick from them. The spread doesn't stop at you or me, it goes down the chain. Unabated the virus R0 is almost 3.

The masks are a part of a larger plan to keep the R0 at a rate that doesn't overwhelm our systems.

As of today I’m not wearing a mask. I wasn’t wearing one as of yesterday either.

Not surprising Louisiana has so many cases. Lot of fricking retards in the state as this thread clearly shows.

Agreed.

And these dipshits really wonder why everything is shut down.

God forbid nurses have to do their jobs instead of bitching about Ppe on Facebook and making tik tok dance videos

No we don't wonder. JBE told us testing numbers weren't enough. That's why.
