First of all, what kind of kid acts like that towards an adult? Kid was trying to hold that guy back, then was punching him, etc.. The guy grabs him by the throat and pushes him down. You can't act like that towards people and not expect them to not do anything. He is lucky he didn't get his arse beat for fricking with people's vehicles.

Call child services or the cops probably and let them handle it. Once the little shite starts putting his hands on you unfortunately there's not many good ways to handle it in today's world.
If I didn't know the kid, or did and couldn't get a hold of his parents then I probably would have called the cops right after I caught him vandalizing cars, before it even got to that point.

When a kid his age does whatever he wants and can not handle the backlash of his actions is a kid that will have some issues as he gets older. What makes these kids think they can get away with whatever they want?
