You can always come to the OT with your problems. We will listen. We will help. Well, probably I personally won't help you, but, somebody else will help you around here. Probably.

Anyway, you can always come to the OT for guidance.

For me, if you are stressed you're expressing it somehow, whether intentional or not. She'll be able to tell. When you shut down and don't communicate it, she's going to think it has to do with her. This is bullshite. I don’t care if it is coming from a woman.

When I feel like I need to talk to somebody, it’s always when I’m drinking. Stop drinking and deal with your shite. It’s not as bad as you think and everybody is thinking the same thing. Their problems are worse than everybody else’s. Man up, make each decision one at a time and just do the right thing on each one. You will get older and everything will be ok. Just remember, 10 years from now you would give anything to go back to this point in your life.
