This has been a law for many years when an establishment serves alcohol.
I owned bars back in the 80's & 90's and I could kick you out for any reason.
No questions asked.
Today the laws are still in effect but there are now "Gray areas"
There are "Protected Characteristics" that allow these a holes to stay in your establisment despite their horrible behavior until law enforcement deems them unfit for your business and forces them out on the street where they belong

Now that you mention it, always.

Fatigue is real.

Two things:
Lack of impulse control (results from lack of discipline in the home as a child); and
Entitlement (results from reinforcement of victim status).

These “incidents” seemingly are much more frequent and I don’t think it’s just because phones capture it more and social media.

It’s because this demographic sees it on social media and in their communities cradle to grave.

I don’t think it’s ironic that this behavior has been accelerated since the Obama presidency either.
