Thanks, Lafayette police for the hard hitting crime fighting of men getting jacked off by a woman for money. Tax dollars hard at work.

Film it with paid actors and present it to the world on a site. LEGAL.

They must have not been paying the right people.

I don’t get why this is illegal. I mean who really cares and if you do, why?

I think it's stupid as hell that these places are illegal. It's perfectly acceptable to pay $100 to Massage Envy to have a girl touch you in every place EXCEPT the only place you really want touched. If both sides are consenting, this should be perfectly within the law.

That being said, I don't live in BR anymore but visit once a month or so. It's insane the amount of chinese massage places that have opened in the last few years. The one on Tiger Bend and Jones Creek is lite up like a Christmas tree with neon and flags, etc. Are most of these places giving out handys? It would seem that they have to be if they're staying in business this long. I have a friend that went to the one on Coursey near, shite I can't think of it but it's in the same shopping center as Pocarellos but on the opposite end. He came away empty handed (there is a joke in there somewhere... ) but maybe they thought he was a cop or something. I know for a fact the one in Port Allen used to allow 'pay to play' but that was 20 years ago. It seems that it's so blatant now with a chinese massage on every corner, that either they're throwing out handjobs like Mardi Gras beads or there are a lot of disappointed customers walking around out there. Somebody here has to have some stories other than then the one I told, which was pretty much a letdown...

Attention morons:

The reason these places are a problem is twofold:

1. Although we all like happy endings, these establishments are considered whorehouses and therefore illegal in the eyes of Officer Friendly.

2. Many of the females working in these joints are the victims of human trafficking and are, for lack of a better term, sex slaves.

Now, take a deep breath and ask yourself this question: What if that were my daughter?

Years ago an officer “investigated” one of these places several times a week. After a couple of months of submitting receipts on his “undercover” operation, the sheriff ordered him to make arrests to avoid a scandal.

Also the cops usually go after them when the shops start handling drugs on the side.

So to save them from slavery we put them in jail. Yeah. That checks out.

I truly have never understood why two consenting adults having sexual relations could be illegal.

Every male has paid for sex in some form or fashion in their life

Yea - always wondered about this.

I'd imagine there's alot of officers volunteering to go into deep cover for a 17 month handjob investigation.

Have you ever considered the fact that "sex slaves" are likely a byproduct of the absurdity that is illegal prostitution?

Make it legal, bring it above board, and this shite stops altogether.
