Good for Arkansas!

NO chance our Emperor Edwards allows Louisiana citizens to have their lives back this easily.

That is great to read. I look forward to the day when I don't have to second guess any plans my wife and I are discussing. "Do you think they're still open?" "I wonder if there is a limit on capacity."

The whole discussion some are having about what will the new normal be is tiresome. It's been a year. If someone can't remember what life used to be like, I assume they are a child.

The Sloth won't relinquish his power so easily that he's so vehemently protected since last year with the restrictions.

I swear I’d trade LSU’s 1958 national championship for the opportunity to whip JBE’s arse outside a Winn Dixie.

Mississippi is too

Reeves: Rollback of some COVID-19 restrictions in Mississippi will begin over next seven days

Those fully vaccinated may not be subject to mask mandate, other requirements

“It is not going to be our responsibility or government’s responsibility to keep every single person from getting COVID. We can no more accomplish that than we can keep every single Mississippian from getting the flu,”

Not at all, he's going to "look at the #s" and see a slight President's Day/MG bump w/ just under 1k cases on 2/22 as reason to slowly loosen the restrictions so he can maintain control. Reality is, there are probably less than 6k active cases in the entire State of Louisiana right now:

LA 2/22 numbers
Cases: 424,644
Deaths: 9,477
Recovered: 408,463
Active: 6,704

In the 4 days since, there are about 2,200 new cases; but there should be close to another 3.50k - 4k recovered

Good. Maybe I’ll actually be able to get a table at Local Lime without a two hour wait. I need one of their Rita’s.
