I sure hope DCS fixed this. Parents are too stupid to raise kids. The mom is too stupid and the dad is to... well... he's not man enough, if he won't do what's best for his kids simply because the batshit crazy mom is against it.

Parents got temp down with medicine.
A doctors opinion is not God's word or law.
Being poor is not a crime.
Not vaccinating kids is stupid, but not against the law.
Having an "unsecured shotgun" is a straw man argument.
Plain and simple, the parents did what the kid needed and got a police raid for their efforts.

Isn't it beautiful how the State can treat children like eminent domain property, and rob parents of their offspring?

Isn’t 105 brain damage territory?

"Storm" might be a little hyperbolic but guns were definitely drawn and they did breach the door.

The doctor believed the child could be suffering from a "life-threatening" illness that could not be tested for at the clinic, so she told Beck to take the toddler to the hospital, a police report said. The mother was reluctant because the boy wasn't vaccinated, and she feared "possible repercussions," the report said.
yea...this crazy bitch kinda deserves to have her child taken. Kid probably could have died had they not intervened

The fact that there naturopathic clinic told them they couldn’t treat the child and he should go to the hospital is evidence enough these clinics and methods are snake oil and fairy dust peddlers and people shouldn’t trust them. Take your kids to the hospital and vaccinate your kids damn it

Bottom line is that it is not any of the state's business

This is what you get with more and not government control over healthcare and everyday life. If you don’t like this, take your crunch arse and quit voting for the big government politicians.
In the mean time, take your kid to a real doctor

Pediatrician will tell you to treat with motrin and Tylenol and monitor to see if temp goes down, combined with whether there are any other symptoms.
A pediatrician might suggest that for one in the low 100s. 106 is when you start getting neurological damage......I doubt a pediatrician will tell you to “just keep an eye on it” at 105.

Antivax: check
Ignoring 105 fever: check
Unsecured weapon: check
You’re all right, these people should never have their parenting questioned

"The children advised us they had vomited several times in their beds, and had stains around their mouths," the report said. The home was in "total disarray," according to the report. "The children’s bedrooms were a mess and dirty with a bunch of items on the ground, which made it difficult to walk in the rooms."
So the parents gave the kids koolaid and the kids were well enough to play.

An unsecured shotgun was also found up against a wall next to the parents' bed, the report said.
Absolutely none of your business.
I think the bitch is nuts, but stick to the issues.

My pediatrician told me this exact thing today for my toddler.

The more I read the more I hope they put the parents under the jail and find good homes for the children.

For a 105 fever? Pediatrician tells me that I’m finding a new one.
