I don't think there's anything in Area 51 other than testing of future aircraft tech.

Perhaps if there are aliens out there, they are so advanced that they don't have to fight or kill and destroy like we do? We are pretty primitive in the grand scheme of things if you think about it.
We also haven't developed a system where you don't have to pay to be live on your planet, we aren't even a type 1 civilization. We are weak sauce
