It works to do both. Ask yourself why contractors where masks when they do jobs they create particulate matter. They don’t want to have it get into their respiratory system. If you’ve ever sanded floors or drywall, a mask is very helpful in filtering particulate matter.

I wore it to the grocery store for the first time today. I felt like a chode, but I was more doing it for the workers to show them I am at least taking it serious for them.
I'm guessing not many of them gave a shite, but whatevs.

Nah, don't have any masks or gloves. I just walk through like normal and try to stay roughly 6 feet away from everyone.

Gloves and masks only make sense if you understand and use the proper protocols.
