I'm not boycotting anything but I'm choosing not to tune in to NFL games until this dumb shite blows over. I don't want to watch the flag being disrespected.
Good for you. I wish more folks who don't want to see it would tune out. But for some reason they keep tuning in.
Everyone is forewarned: If you don't care to see some men kneel down or lock arms during the national anthem, DO NOT WATCH NFL FOOTBALL! You will almost certainly be angry or upset if you do. So don't watch, and then you won't have to go on Facebook and rant about how upset or angry it made you.

I learned this week that boycotts don't count unless you tell everyone.

Or just turn on the game at 12:03

I unfriend any a-hole on Facebook that feels the need to bring up Politics nearly 100% of the time...does that count? I rarely check my Facebook feed, but holy frick...most of the time I bother it looks like a World Star vertically recorded video of a street brawl between Alex Jones and Rachal Maddow on there. Most people seem to have lost their minds.
I kind of miss the days of women I went to high school with posting stupid recipes and photos of drinks they got on girl's nights.

Isn't that the most effective way? You know, to spread awareness and create more boycotts so if actually has an effect?

I have contacted the advertisers and sponsors that I use and informed them of my displeasure.
I am not watching any NFL games. Haven't except for super bowl since Kap started his shite.
I have long not bought nike gear or equipment.

I am not watching the NFL. I think it is the most pertinent thing to do given that I am not in love with these "protests".
I will resume when there is as much league wide support for any actual cause that they claim to be protesting. 100-200 NFL players could actually make a difference if they are united in a cause.
Taking a knee for 90 seconds isn't going to change anything. The ones that sit are even worse.

I'm not watching any NFL football outside of Saints games. However, I started that trend a couple years ago because the product just isn't that entertaining to me. So no, I'm not boycotting shite.

Well a one person boycott isn't going to be that effective. Typically people rally for more support.

follow up... is anyone here boycotting something, and actually thinking that you are going to change a thing???

Yeah. That is the reason why everyone feels the need to tell everyone that they are boycotting the NFL. For awareness. It's definitely not for attention.

I have boycotted BP for a long time since they dicked around getting that oil spill fixed. Haven't bought from them in years

Are you saying there can only be one motivation for stating so publicly? You sound a little dense.
