Will Smith being a douchebag doesn't mean that it's some kind of clinical condition. He's been wrapped up in the delusional world of Hollywood his entire adult life, surrounded by yes men and fans who tell him how great he is all the time.

Well, that makes his narcissism worse. There are plenty of people in Hollywood surrounded by "Yes Men" but there aren't many other celebrity that are close to him. Maybe Gwyneth Paltrow, Tom Cruise, Barbara Streisand, Beyonce, as well as a few others that are slipping my mind, but they're the only one I can think of that comes close. Will Smith is the poster child for narcissism.
