Occasionally. It's so difficult making the right change. Can't believe management won't get us one that does it automatically.

The struggle is real

They’re gonna replace you with a robot one day anyways so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

7-3 or
7-6 or
7-11

Depending on the sports season. I teach and, obviously, coach.

I guess if you average it out I work 50 hours a week (on campus...not including work from home). In short, I love my job.

work very flexible hours, I'm in tech - marketing/ops/sales.

Similar. I work when needed. It's awesome 80% of the time. Can be a pain the other 20%. I doubt I do much today besides an expense report.

Very much believe in the mission statement - career job

I honestly don't care about my company's mission statement beyond following it's intention to get paid. As long as we aren't murdering babies or something, keep paying me and I'll play along....even assist in managing the mission statement so that we all make more money.

9-5er
Work in a lab
The work is interesting but I don't love my job.

The company has great benefits and pays well as well as giving plenty of flexibility for time off and vacation.

Sure, I would love to have a passion job, but it's hard to pass up the security and benefit for my family.

Work 8:00 to 7:00, usually later, but a 4-10 schedule plus OT.

Field technician for a F100 telecom company.

Plenty of overtime. Job security. Good benefits.

6.5/10 on the organization's values--they can do some weird crap, but that's just about any major corp.

I guess it's a career now. I've got 4 college degrees that aren't doing shite for me (B.A., M.A., J.D. & B.C.L.). I'm actually still paying off loans on the J.D. But, I'll probably spend the rest of my working career strapping on hooks and climbing poles. There are worse ways to earn a living.

Very thankful I'm not a 9-5r. Just not for me, very blessed to have a job where I'm full time but still off 4 days a week.

Mechanical Contractor. Don't hate it but certainly don't love it. As for buying in, I'm not sure "mission/vision/values" are as important to everyone as they are to the marketing peeps. I do what I have to do so I can afford to do what I want to do. As long as the checks clear, and their mission statement doesn't include a pro-pedophilia message....I'm good.

I work from 8-4:30 and love my job with the FAA. As far as on a scale of 1-10 on buying into the organization's mission and values, I would say I'm at an 8.5. I'm also retired from the Air Force so this job keeps me engaged and provides extra money so I can go and do whatever I want. I plan on working for another 8 years and, at that time, will consider calling it quits.

6-3 most days, some shorter, some longer but my phone is always on and my computer goes everywhere I do. I like my job, ops manager for a contractor aka adult babysitter.
