I think I joined with my original account sometime around 2003. Before that it was Yahoo boards. I lost my original username when I lost access to my LSU email and forgot the password. I am fairly sure my username was my LSU ID....

This place was way more lax back when I first started coming here. Felt like most of the regulars were either in college or had just recently graduated. There were a few older people but 18-25 was heavily represented.
Now those 18-25 year olds are 28-35 and the younger generation doesn't really do message boards outside of reddit and 4 chan. They are all on insta/snap/tiktok and twitter.
That and this place leans strongly right and zoomers are still too young for their rightward shift.

There’s more students at lsu than ever but it doesn’t seem like it on here anymore… wonder how that would change. I think TD was good for one era of the Internet and students but they’ve moved on. Surely they bitch about school somewhere
