Are there ANY safe places to cross into Mexico?

Looking for real answers here.
My sister (no pics) does a lot of traveling down there with her family. This includes riding shitty buses into a city. Going to markets. Etc.
They don’t go to some resort and claim to have experienced a foreign country like many people do.
Anyway...they usually fly. I would never dream of taking my own vehicle down there. But I’m not against walking across a bridge. Hypothetically, any place to do that where someone wouldn’t be risking everything?
Places to definitely stay away from:
Tijuana
Nuevo Laredo
Matamoros
I’ve crossed at Del Rio and Eagle Pass many years ago. Surely that is different now. Anybody visit Mexicali, Tecate, Juarez, or Nogales?

Coco 2's plot will be that Miguel and his family have to illegally cross the Wall at the border to to Los Angeles to get royalty checks for Hector's songs that were stolen. America will be painted as the villain.

I went to Juarez in 2012. That experience makes me laugh at the folks on here who say they will never go to Nola again because of the crime

Stay away from Juarez. Real shithole. Dangerous

You went down there seven years ago when it was basically a warzone? Your vacation destination?

25 years ago I used to cross into Matamoros and Reynosa in a car, and Nuevo Progreso on foot all the time. Would I do any of that now? No. No I would not.

Honestly, a flight into Monterrey is probably the only reasonably safe transit into northern Mexico at this point. San Luis Potosi and Guadalajara are perfectly fine to fly into as well, but I certainly wouldn't drive to any of them.

I do love how you ridicule me for liking the movie before its release, when you are the retard that made an arse of himself assuming it was anti-American simply due to it taking place in Mexico. You are the one deserving ridicule for it by being a racist idiot. Just look at the previews, and anyone with a brain with an IQ above room temperature knew it was a consevative film. But I guess you took Pussy Grabber’s word for it that Mexicans are rapists, so that’s all you needed to know.

Mexicali was easy and I never felt concerned

That’s the one by Big Bend, yes? I’ve heard mixed stories on the small towns. Some say there’s no danger at all...they’re so small, nothing shady going on.
I had a guy at the National Park tell me not to cross if I didn’t have any business over there. I wonder if he was just doing his duty in saying that.

Did you cross solo or with someone else?

I walk over to Juarez from El Paso almost monthly, if not more. It’s a cool town. AMA.
Y’all watch too much Narcos. Mexico is fine. You can go anywhere there with no problem. The Big Bad Cartel doesn’t GAF about you.
Commence the downvotes by a bunch of Fox viewers who somehow know better than me.

Same question. Do you cross solo or with someone?

I’ve done both. Experience is the same except that I speak B- high school Spanish, so that makes things fun when I’m on my own:)
But again - nothing at all to worry about and I’ve never felt scared for one second. And yes I’ve done day and night many times. Can post pictures if interested.
Half the time I even forget my passport and border control just waves my drunk butt back home
